GREAT COMPANY/OPPORTUNITY. Qualifications: Must have a minimum of two years experience in a manufacturing customer service in-bound call center environment.Should have experience handling a high volume of in-bound calls and have previous order entry experience.
Should have solid Account Management experience.
Candidates should be team oriented, customer focused and dependable.Should also be computer literate and have strong record keeping skills. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include taking customer orders and resolving concerns in a professional manner.Will also have responsibility for pricing and verifying orders, account management, and order entry.Will report to the Customer Service Manager.
