Customer Service and Technical Support Manager

Kiosk Information Systems  world leader in devolpment design and Manufacturing of kiosk information systems
We are seeking a Customer Service/Techincal Manager to manage a customer service team. Consisting of five full time
individuals,and over 2000 field technicians.

Customer Service Manager will:


Have a minimum background of five years in fast paced manufacturing customer service envirnoment.
Assist Team Leaders and Supervisors to ensure departmental procedures are followed and production levels are maintained at an acceptable level.
Be responsible for providing departmental management and oversight.  This includes running the day-to-day operations of these departments
Generate and analyze departmental reports.
Possess excellent people skills for interactions with individuals at various levels within the organization.
Conduct performance reviews and handle disciplinary matters.

Skills/Requirements

Bachelor?s Degree in a related field and five years of progressively responsible supervisory/managerial experience.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Must be professional, outgoing, and possess a positive attitude.
