DCU Manager


 


Responsibilities:


 


o General operations management and performance control service provider DCU (Inbound, inventory, outbound, quality, transit management)


o Performance control forwarders DCU


o Strategies and conceptional development of the DCU


o Cost control (e.g. adherence of the fixed budget for the DCU cost center)


o Contact person for the service provider DCU


o Inventory administration DCU


o Transport issues, shipment control & tracking


o Close cooperation with the Business Groups, Customer Service and Sales


o Close cooperation with LOG (CLM, TM, SCM, ECC )


o Compliance with Infineon processes in the whole supply chain (Demand to Cash)


o Definition of logistical agreements or requirements with the service-provider


o Implementation of new or changed processes and services


o Owner of the continuous improvement process DCU


o Personnel management of the IFNA-team in the DCU


 


 


 


Education:

Degree in Business Administration / Logistics / Engineering or equivalent
Commercial Training


 


 


Experience:

Excellent logistical background in the whole supply chain (Demand to Cash)
Knowledge of shipping department operations and warehousing  5+ years
Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory management
6 Sigma/ Black Belt
Process Engineering
Project management 3+ years
SAP MM 3+ years
Personnel management
Experiences in applicable law
Excellent computer-literacy


 


 Specific or Entrepreneurial Knowledge:

Good communication skills
Moderator experience
Good presentation skills
Development of supplier-customer relationship
Personnel training of employees
