Position Description:

Data entry into computer system. Must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of this job. Works under immediate supervision. Key responsibilities include entry of data from source documents and verification for accuracy; correction of data where necessary; assists in development of production formats.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and oral.
Accurate keyboarding skills, pays attention to all details, takes time to make sure work is correct
Software knowledge: Word, Excel, Quark Express, and understanding of MS Code for Database Structure. Some knowledge in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Front Page, but will train.
