Demand Planner

Position Responsibilities:

1) Manage group responsible for forecasting part number demand for MRP input including: OEM assemblies, and aftermarket spares and overhaul components. Forecasts support SBU OTD and inventory targets.
2) Supervise the distribution of overhaul?components to worldwide service center locations to maintain turn-around-time guarantees, while minimizing investment inventories.
3) Oversee the coordination of SBU inventory management.
4) Develop annual part number sales forecast to support the budgeting process.
5) Oversee development of monthly OEM FOC forecasts.
6) Serve as SBU liaison with manufacturing on planning and inventory related issues.
7) Play key roll in developing new SBU forecasting and material management techniques.


Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management with three to five years experience in material planning, material management and/or forecasting. Supervisory experience is preferred.
