Hoffman Productions is accepting applications for experienced Detailers to produce plans and elevations for all aspects of exhibit programs in their Kingman, Arizona location. This position requires:5+ years of production costing, preferably  in the tradeshow industryStrong analytical and communication skillsGood accounting and math skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel,  OutlookWorking knowledge of Auto CadExperience in reading and interpreting  blueprintsAbility to effectively work as part of a team and interface with all levels of the organization as well as client organizationsMulti-tasking, ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, demanding environment 

 

Responsibilities include:

?  Calculation of production costs utilizing labor and material pricing schedules, historic data

?  Capture and analyze data to determine minimum profitable job pricing determination

?  Requests and evaluates bids from vendors

?  Analyzes completed estimates for accuracy, design and scope compliance

?  Perform other duties as necessary
