Receive and process electronic documents from various media
Use basic feature/functions such as login in, selecting paper trays, releasing a job, holding a job
Use standard features/functions such as setting up and programming simple jobs
Operate production printers and copiers - configure job-processing settings, manage job queues, process files, and print jobs
Diagnose and correct common image quality problems
Download and install print drivers for client servers and printers
Coordinate printer installations and removal from client networksInstall, maintain and delete print queuesIndex, store, retrieve electronic documents in a mass storage system
Provide Office output management services including print job management, routing, and tracking
Monitor the order and execution of files in the printer job queue
Scan materials (hard copy, microfilm, microfiche, aperture cards) convert into digital formats
Produce job proofs for customer review and approval
Document quality is checked before, during, and after each production run of a job
Clean and maintain equipment when necessary
Contact for equipment service and repair
Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment
Perform maintenance and repair of high-frequency service call areas on specified equipment
