1. Manage and direct all operational activities of assigned Unit(s) of Production to ensure the safe, efficient attainment of the production plan in a manner that complies with L'Oreal quality standards.

2. Manange and apply L'Oreal financial management instruments to operational activity.
3. Develop, in conjunction with the Logistics Department, long term production plans that maximize the efficient utilization of manufacturing resources.
4. Develop and economically justify capital equipment plans that reduce cost and increase productivity and operating efficiency.
5. Develop and train staff and line personnel to efficiently conduct production operations.
6. Implement L'Oreal quality assurance procedurs.
7. Maintain an effective employee/labor relations environment.
8. Develop and implement objectives that achieve overall plant inventory control goals.
9. Manage record and reporting systems.
10. Manage in conformance with "Good Manufacturing Practices" GMP.
11. Manage L'Oreal's environmental program as it applies to manufacturing operations.
12. Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
13. Manage and supervise all subordinate personnel.
14. Manage and implement all L'Oreal policies including but not limited to the Corporations EEO policy.
15. Perform other duties as necessary or required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a major technical discipline or Business required. Engineering degree preferred. Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) desirable or equivalent experience.

Experience: Ten (10) to twelve (12) years in manufacturing environment.
