  A leading Philadelphia area manufacturer needs a Director of Manufacturing that is responsible for multiple departments that require rapid turnaround of customer orders.  This position requires a results-oriented, hands-on manufacturing/assembly leader with excellent people skills.  Candidates must have extensive experience in building and developing a strong manufacturing team, production planning, cost control and the implementation of continuous improvement processes that maximize efficiency, product quality and reduce delivery time. This position reports directly to the President of the company.
