As a leader of the Supply Chain Management Team, your role will take both a strategic and tactical view of the business, constantly looking for new ways to improve business results. The Director of Supply Chain Management is responsible for the overall direction and leadership of the suppliers, sourcing, strategic procurement, assists in developing a RFQ process and overall inventory levels.


Sourcing, procurement, inventory and operations planning, transportation, logistics, warehouse, distribution, and supporting information systems.

Providing strategic influence and impact while building relationships with management in Operations, Engineering, Finance, Marketing and Sales.

Developing and implementing supply chain strategies, processes and metrics, including supplier performance, strategic sourcing, price negotiations, inventory reduction strategies, new product introductions with early supplier involvement, cycle time reduction, value engineering, and supplier defect reduction that improve the overall business objectives.

Utilizing process management methodologies to drive continuous improvement and supply chain process modeling.

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.

Ability to negotiate with large suppliers.

Project management skills essential.
