Document Control Clerk

Sanmina-SCI, a world-wide leader in the EMS industry, has an immediate opening for a Document Control Clerk in its Pleasant Prairie, WI location. 

 

The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
Control of incoming and outgoing documentation and processes
Maintenance of Job Deviations
File maintenance of engineering drawings, project reports, specifications, product proposals, artwork masters, and documentation
Creation of Items in Corporate and Organization Item Master
Creation of bills of materials based on customer documentation
Maintainenance of bills of material due to Engineering Change Notices

 

Qualified applicants will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience with a technical background; attention to detail; understanding of Bill of Material structure; good typing and data entry skills; ability to read schematic drawings to resolve BOM/view issues; strong organizational and administrative skills; demonstrated ability to read and comprehend drawings and associated documentation (part numbers, revisions, component types, values, etc.)
