Sensitech, Inc?has an immediate opening for a Document Control Manager based at our corporate office in Beverly, MA. This position is responsible for managing all controlled documents in accordance with company requirements and ISO standards.

Principle Responsibilities:

The Document Control Manager?is responsible for all aspects of quality records to include, but not limited to,?identification, collection, indexing, access, filing, storage, maintenance and disposition, engineering change orders, process change notice, corrective and preventative action processes. Train personnel and oversee local document control to ensure procedures are followed. Ensure released documents are distributed to proper departments and maintained with current revisions. Maintain control of external documents and drawings with current revisions. Act as Management Representative to administer the quality system when designated. Develop, schedule and maintain internal audit schedule. Work with internal auditors in documenting & reporting non-conformances. Assist in training of new auditors.

Essential Knowledge and Experience:

Basic computer skills and knowledge including DOS, Windows, Auto CAD, Word, Excel, Visio, SourceSafe, Sharpoint.

Experience in Quality Control environment.

Established verbal and written skills, including the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical personnel.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Successful completion of an ISO Lead Auditor Course.

Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
