Electrical Testing Technician

W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated, flexible and reliable individual to work in the electrical testing lab. Responsibilities would include production testing on high performance digital cables, coax and medical cables, and some maintenance of manufacturing test equipment. The candidate would need to be effective working with manufacturing, documenting and training associates on test procedures and working with Engineering - documenting and analyzing sample test results. This opportunity would require the ability to prioritize the workload with minimum guidance. Daily testing activities would include the use of sampling oscilloscopes, TDRs and Vector Network analyzers. The individual would be required to explore solutions to identified problems, and collect data using programs such as Visual Basic and Excel.

Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year work experience with electronic testing equipment within the last 3 years; Proven computer skills including competence using Word and Excel ncluding prior data analysis expereince within the last 3 years; strong organizational and prioritization skills; detail oriented in fast paced environment; strong communication skills and good writing skills for documentation. Proven self starter and ability to work in a team environment. Proven continuous and steady work experience within the last 5 years.
