- Under supervision, plans, lays out, installs and repairs complex electrical equipment, including automatic and process controls, switch boards, HMI, control centers and panels, relays, circuit breakers, electronic controls, including alarm systems.
- Replace repairs parts, detects and replaces defective control modules, tests and makes adjustments.
- Accurately complete all Work Orders within a timely period i.e. lock-out/tag-out, PPE utilization and GMP's.
- Maintain the daily, weekly, and monthly record systems to support the Preventive Maintenance and Work Order system.
- The identification of needed parts, supplies, and services necessary to support assigned area and shift.
- Expertise in using a PC (laptop) to connect, to communicate with and utilize RS logix software to troubleshoot an Allen Bradley SLC/PLC/Control Logix processing system. Ability to create and implement solutions using SLC controllers and ladder logic programming.

- Three (3) years of working experience in the electrical field (preferred Food Industry).
- Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley SLC/PLC's
- Certification through a recognized college and/or organization for the operation and repairs of Electrical Control systems.
- Able to communicate clearly in English, verbally and in writing
- Electrical Troubleshooting and Mechanical Aptitude
