Engineering Inspector

1. Maintain a record of manufacturer's shop and field sites assigned to such
supervisor by the Authorized Inspection Agency and provide the jurisdiction with such
record. record the dates of such visits to such locations when related to Code
Supervisory.
2. Maintain a record of those Authorized Inspectors assigned and a description of their
assignment.
3. Audit and document the performance of each Authorized Inspector assigned to an
ASME Code shop or field site at least once each year at approximately twelve month
intervals and when requested by the Authorized Inspector.
4. Take the necessary corrective action to assure compliance with the ASME Code
Assignments at the shops and sites which have been assigned to the supervisor.
5. Answer client questions regarding how the inspection was conducted, scope of
work, and any problems that occurred.
6. Work with client to identify areas to expand current scope of work.
7. Identify new business opportunities within current client base.

1. National Board Commission Authorized Inspector with valid "B" endorsement.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Good customer service/problem solving skills.
4. Must be able to travel 30-50%
