Advanced Drainage Systems, the nation?s largest manufacturer of polyethylene drainage pipe and underground construction products has a career opportunity for a Plant Manager Trainee in our Washougal, WA manufacturing facility.

A degree in business or technical field is required. Minimum 3 years related manufacturing experience with a background in plastic processing a plus. Spanish language skills are also beneficial. The individual must be a motivated, self-starter willing to accept progressive responsibilities. The individual must also possess a positive attitude, strong problem solving skills, and have multi task capabilities.

The Plant Manager Trainee will cycle through all aspects of the facility concentrating on key departmental functions while learning and adopting the ADS culture and core values.
