In this position, you will be part of a team who supports manufacturing operations through techinical leadership,innovation and hands on application of skills. The right candidate will help us achieve operational objectives; improve cost effectiveness;develop training for mechanic staff;creates, trains and audits SOP's;and promotes a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications

Supports and sustains our company's safety focus.

Capable of evaluating the technical skills of mechanics and identifying appropriate training.

Experience developing and implementing process improvement initiatives. Experience with ISO9001 quality system initiatives a plus!

Familiar with the principles of lean manufacturing.

Experience with technical management, including coordinating, organizing, monitoring, and coaching technical employees.
