Position performs electrical or mechanical trouble shooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment.  Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings.  Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required.  Associate?s degree and 4 years semiconductor experience.  Resumes must be submitted to our website at http://hsma.hynix.com

 

We have Equipment Technician postions open in the following areas:

 

For Diffusion:  Strong preference will be given to those who have recent experience with TEL, Kokusai or Koyo vertical furnaces

 

For Etch:  Strong preference will be given to those who have recent experience with LAM A-6 platforms with TCP9608, TCP9408 and 4528 Chambers, TEL UNITYII TPATC, SCCM and DRM chambers and PSK Ashers,Applied Materials Centura I and II platforms with MXP, MXP+, Super E, eMax, DPS metal and poly,  and DPS+ poly chambers. Matson Aspen II strip and Lite etch.

 

For Photo:  Strong preference will be given to those who have recent experience with Nikon I-12 and EX-14 steppers; Canon EX-4 and/or EX-5 steppers; ASML 550 and/or 800 scanners.

 

For Test:  Strong preference will be given to those who have recent experience with any of the following equipment tool sets; ESI, EG, and TSK Probers, Teradyne J 995, J 996 Testers, and Keithley Testers.

 

For Thin Films Implant position:

Strong preference will be given to those who have recent experience with any of the following equipment tool sets; Varian EHP-220, VIISion-80, VIISta-HC, Axcelis GSD HE & Axcelis Ultra HC. 

 

For Thin Films PVD/MCVD position: experience with Endura 5500, Centura 5200, Metal 1 Barrier Medal TxZ, Electro Static Chuck, WxZ Sprint configuration, and Thin Film PVD tool sets is required.
