Estimator / Project Manager position available

Leading Architectural aluminum manufacturer in Dallas, Texas currently seeking a full time Estimator/Project Manager to work in the lineal sales department.  The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented and possesses excellent communication and computer skills.  Must be willing to work overtime when schedule requires.  We offer excellent paid benefits including:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Prepare Detailed Material Estimates from Architectural drawings and SpecificationsPrepare detailed Bill of Materials from shop drawingsPrepare production documentsCoordination and Communication with Customers, Vendors and ManufacturingOther Estimating/Project Management duties as required

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Minimum 3 years of storefront/curtain wall estimating/project management experienceMUST have curtain wall, or doors and window experience.Solid understanding of Architectural building sciences.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, WordGood Mathematic Skills.Good oral/verbal and written communications skillsAutoCAD/Drafting experiences a plus.

 

Salary is dependent upon level of experience and education.
