Extruder Description: Position Summary : Primary duty is to operate Extruder Equipment. This position requires a broad range of skills pertaining to operating equipment, reading process documents, and using quality tools. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: ? Set-up, operate, and monitor multiple extruders, to maximize up-time, meet company requirements ? Responsible for all in process inspection ? Provide and recommend (operating) standards and assure high quality material ? Implement cost reductions to reduce cycle time



Requirements:
Qualifications/Requirements: ? Manufacturing experience is required and must include a broad-based knowledge of manufacturing processes and capabilities ? Demonstrate strong mechanical skills ? Knowledge of reading blueprints and experience using calipers and pin gauges is preferred ? Desire to create high quality materials and work closely with fellow operators, and engineers to develop and troubleshoot manufacturing processes ? Work as team member to solve problems in the areas of quality, materials and equipment ? Committed to providing Premier Customer Service ? Ability to work independently on projects, as well as with a team ? Flexibility and willing to cross-train on other manufacturing lines and in other departments ? Display a willingness to learn new skills and knowledge and possess positive can-do attitude ? Possess good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills ? Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. ? H.S. Diploma or GED

Pay Rate: $10.00 - $12.00 Hourly DOE
