We are currently looking for an experienced manufacturing Supervisor interested in working 5:00 am to 3:30 pm and/or 4:00 pm ? 2:30 am. You must be flexible to work any shift and weekends excluding Sunday. A successful candidate will have a stable manufacturing background including applying Lean, Kaizen, and 5 S manufacturing techniques with ISO processes in a high speed environment. This individual must be able to supervise in leading 20-25 employees. They must have 2-5 years manufacturing supervisory experience with proven management, leadership, and employee relations skills. Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the initiative to get the job done. This individual must have excellent communication skills, above average computer skills and team development skills. You must have demonstrated skills in production, quality, planning and analytical/technical experience with emphasis in coaching/training. Degree in a related field preferred but not mandatory.
