BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Read various measuring instruments including, but not limited to, tape, micrometer, calipers. Knowledge of SPC and shop math including decimals and fractions. Read and accurately interpret shop drawings. Capable of using hand tools in set-up of unit.

OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT

Must be able to operate COMA, PEGA, PEGAS turret presses. Operator will be responsible for determining steel blank size and gauge, loading material and operating the unit. Conduct periodic checks for quality and make adjustments to the unit as necessary to insure it meets specifications. Operator will identify problems and troubleshoot the unit. Also check the lubrication system and keep the unit and surrounding area clean.
