Thorough knowledge of IPC classifications 1, 2, and 3
Thorough knowledge military specifications, including Mil-Prf 55110F.
Working knowledge of AOI, and TDR.
Ability to operate Trace Tester and moving probe testers and verification of opens and shorts.
Experience with in-process and final inspection.
Ability to do First Article reports using micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, and all other small hand tools.
Working knowledge of SPC and SQC
Ability to supervise and train inspectors for 3 shifts.
Very good communication skills, including writing reports.
Trouble shooting all quality issues.
Minimum 10 years PCB fabrication experience and understanding of all processes
