Fabrication Technician 1 - Optimization and Control REVISED

Job Purpose
This is a swing shift postion in the Fabrication Department.

Essential Functions

Responsible for sheet metal fabrication, materials handling, parts deburring, plating and precision machining.

Works with R-3 W/C Dispatch List.

Works with mechanical and measuring tools.

Responsible for stock inventories.

Responsible for adherence to Departmental policies and procedures.

Responsible for Departmental functions and deemed necessary by the supervisor.

Works from engineering drawings, sketches and computer.

Work well in team envioronment.


Qualifications/Requirements:
Basic Qualifications

High School Graduate or GED .

Minimum of 1 year expereince in Fabrication.

Manual Dexterity.

Demonstrated communication skills.

Basic Computer and Math skills.
