Facilities Manager

Job Description:
Centrilift currently has an opening for a Facilities Manager, officing out of the pump facility in Claremore, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position include all aspects of facility management encompassing three plant locations, one training center, as well as domestic region locations as required. The scope of work will include any special division projects required by the prevailing business climate as directed by the V.P. of Manufacturing. Some specific responsibilities and accountabilities include: Establishing and managing budgets; Maintaining company property, buildings and structures of the division; Managing the design and construction of the facility as directed by the V.P. of Mfg; Managing the guard staff, surveillance/security systems and contractor base; Managing layouts of the facility, manufacturing areas and yard; Supporting manufacturing, Maintenance department, domestic region managers and Crisis Management Team Leader as needed; Managing plant fire suppression and alarm systems, as well as the hot work permit system for outside contractors; Administrative duties and liaison responsiblities; Maintaining and managing utility needs of the facility; Compliance, facilitation and active participation of HS&E objectives; Managing departmental personnel; Handling special projects, as assigned.


Skill Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Team player. Good communication skills.


Education/Experience:

Associate's Degree or equivalent and 8+ years experience or Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years experience. Professional certifications may be required. Bachelor's degree in a technical field or manufacturing related field, such as engineering or industrial management, is preferred.
