Facilities Services Coordinator

Oversees the Facilities function for one or more regions. Oversees staff to ensure that services are delivered effectively and that facilities related functions are running smoothly.

1. Supervises the activities of facilities staff including receptionist, mail clerk and others as required.

2. May perform special projects at the direction of department manager or senior management, in support of divisional or corporate initiatives.

3. Research and investigate discrepancies. Pursue appropriate resolution.

4. Review and verify documents for completion, accuracy, and validity of information.

5. May develop policy, procedures and programs for respective area, including training, recruiting and purchasing.

6. Prepare reports and charts documenting progress of programs including possible improvements.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION

REQUIRED

* High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).

* 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training in related field.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

* Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks.

* Strong oral and written communication abilities.

* Excellent Customer Service skills.

* Ability to adapt to change.
