Facilities Supervisor

Pall Medical, a leading medical device manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Facilities Supervisor based in Covina, CA.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervises the Facilities Maintenance department that provides the servicing, inspection, troubleshooting and maintenance of clean rooms, high purity water systems, boilers and steam generators, process cooling systems and clean room HVAC systems.

 

Coordinates the qualification, selection and supervision of outside contractors providing support services such as water treatment, pest control, clean room sanitation, landscaping and preventative maintenance programs for the buildings, machinery and equipment. 

 

Experienced with energy conservation and management principles and strategies.

 





Must be familiar with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience with NOVAR and PMC

 

Experienced in working with trades in construction and plant renovation projects.

 

Ability to manage multiple tasks in an environment of varying priorities.

 

Must possess strong project management skills, be capable of organizing and directing groups and be a strong leader.

 

At least five years of experience working with validated facilities support systems, CGMP procedures and FDA regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.







Occasional travel to Tijuana, Mexico plant.
