Our client is a highly diversified global manufacturing powerhouse. Our client operates nine (9) highly decentralized operating divisions that combined for over 2.5 billion dollars in global sales last year. This publicly traded company is listed on the NYSE and celebrated in 2005 its 29th year of record earnings, profits, and dividend payouts to shareholders. They are a darling on Wall Street and 2006 is off to an incredible start.

This division operates 4 different business units. We are looking to fill a vital role to their Senior Management staff. They have asked us to find a Director of Finance to come in and lead and direct all the financials for a 3 plant business unit that is a top manufacturer in their industry. With two plants here in the US and one in Canada this person will need to be able to work independently and be a problem solver. Experience with financial reporting, SOX, Costing, reconciliations and multi-plant responsibility and consolidations is a must.
