Fiberglass/Laminating Worker

Shell section worker/ cutting& spar worker
Primary Responsibilities:

(Included but not limited to)
Responsible for the efficient construction of blades
Appropriate use of equipment
Shell manufacturing operations in blade manufacturing. Prepreg rolls, PVC cores, adhesives, gel-coat, vacuum bag
Responsible for the correct execution of the instructions given by frontline supervisors
Sanding, grinding, glue and putty applications, wet hand lay up laminations.
Experience in hand works, hand tool skilled
Following QC, environmental, safety and technical specifications
Maintain a safe work environment and practice safe work habits (no cell phones, eating, smoking, drinking in work area, use the safety equipment, wear FB work clothes).
Maintain cleanliness on work area
Maintain accurate records, both work orders and hours worked
Use of epoxies and other resins

Blade manufacturing is a process which final quality depends on ability of workers. The process is very manual and we need production workers with experience in manual works.
