Field Service Representative

We have 7 manufacturing facilities in North America and 28 plants located world-wide through the network of track work manufacturing companies in our VoestAlpine Railway Systems group. We are the technology leader in the track work industry.

 

Nortrak is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide field and customer service response and service. The key responsibilities of this position are to assist customers at job site during installation, have a presence at new installations for training and service, provide feedback to plant operations and coordination of warranty materials with operations and customers.

 

The qualified candidate will have extensive experience in turnout assembly/installation/maintenance and strong resolution skills. There is extensive travel involved throughout the Western USA region.
