Field Service Technician

Jeffrey Specialty Equipment Corporation, a leading manufacturer of material reduction and handling equipment located in Woodruff, SC, has an opening for a Field Service Technician. Responsibilities for this position include:

- Analyzing and correcting equipment problems in the field

- Providing customers with service support and technical assistance

- Conducting failure analysis on equipment

- Promoting machine and parts sales

- Interacting with various departments to address customer needs

- Scheduling and conducting lab testing

Qualifications Include:

- Associates degree from a technical college or equivalent experience

- Three to five years experience servicing industrial equipment

- Ability to speak to groups and conduct training classes

- Demonstrated computer skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

- Ability to travel overnight for extended periods

In addition to the above MSHA underground certifications are a plus.
