Qualifications:

Scope: Setup and operate plastics extrusion and co-extrusion equipment to process plastics into film and sheet.

Responsibilities:
? Setup and operate film extrusion and co-extrusion equipment, including extruders, feedblocks, and dies
? Perform product changeovers, clean and maintain machinery, dies, and tooling, and light maintenance of the equipment. Handle and maintain raw materials inventory.
? Complete responsibility for quality of manufactured product during assigned shift, including on-line and final product quality inspection, troubleshoot process as necessary
? Maintain process and production records
