Financial Analyst

Fruit of the Loom, a major international apparel company, has an opening for a Financial Analyst at its corporate headquarters in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

The Company is one of the world's largest manufacturers and marketers of men's and boys' underwear, women's and girls' underwear, printable T-shirts and fleece for the activewear industry, casualwear and childrenswear.

 

The Financial Analyst provides analytical support to Fruit of the Loom's Retail and Activewear Products business units.  The position involves interaction with sales, marketing, manufacturing and other areas of finance.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis of selling expenses for sales and marketing; assisting in preparation of annual selling expense budgets and forecasts; preparing monthly report of Activewear net pricing and color percentages; preparing monthly invoiced sales reports for retail customers; developing estimated standard costs and gross margins for new or existing styles changing; preparing ad-hoc cost analyses; and preparing monthly reports of irregulars opportunity loss.

 

In order to be considered, candidates must meet the following basic qualifications:

* 4 year degree in Accounting or Finance

* Working knowledge of MS Office

* 2 or more years experience in Accounting/Financial Analysis

* Must live within 50 miles of Bowling Green, KY
