Finishing Manager- Wood Products

We are seeking a Hands-on Finishing Manager for our high volume/ short lead time production  furniture shop.  This individual will monitor and drive the production of a spray facility, and a spray/sanding crew of  5-10 daily.

 

We Require from our Applicants: 5-10 yrs recent experience managing a high volume spray booth(s) and production as a working manager; Experience in wood furniture and or high volume cabinetry preferred;Ability to train and develop staff from entry level to advanced; Experience with finishing, packaging, and chemical mixing, Possess a production mind set; Knowledge and application of safe practises in the booth(s);Physically able to wear a respirator and work in controlled spaces;Ability to work in a diverse workplace and motivate a team;knowledge of spray and lacquer, guns, and limitations;

 

Must have experience supervising at least 10 people. This is no desk job!  Our Compensation package is commiserate with experience. Benefits after 60 days. Monday through Friday day shift.
