The West Palm Beach office of Express is recruiting for a company in the immediate area that produces high-quality fishing boats for serious fishermen. About the Opportunity Does working for the leader in the industry sound like the professional challenge you are seeking? Everyone here wears many hats and gets exposed to a variety of challenges. Our client company is growing and will have the grand opening of a completely new, modern plant in the next few weeks. They will grow as they transition out of the old plant and will be adding at least two experienced final assembly technicians. These technicians will fit and install hatches, consoles, t-tops, outriggers, instrumentation and outboard motors and their controls on a variety of boats. Every boat is a custom project!

Qualifications


2+ years experience in final assembly of boats. Center console boats in the 23 foot to 35 foot class are preferred.


Working knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and cost-reduction techniques as applicable to boat production and final rigging.


Exhibits meticulous attention to detail. Is committed to producing accurate and high-quality work.


Speaks clearly and effectively in a variety of settings.


Knowledge of quality and inspection requirements, manufacturing processes, and measurement techniques.
