Flexible Manufacturing Team Lead

We are currently looking for experience manufacturing team leaders interested in working: 1st (5:00 am ? 3:30 pm) and 2nd (4:00 pm ? 2:30 am) shift.  Saturdays are required.  Team Leaders must be FLEXIBLE and available to work either shift.  The ideal candidate must be experienced in all phases of manufacturing.  Will assist supervisor in leading 20-25 employees.  Must have 2-5 years manufacturing team leader / supervisory experience with proven management and leadership and employee relations skills.  Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and take initiative to get the job done.  Needs excellent communication skills and above average computer skills.  Must have demonstrated skills in production, quality, planning and analytical/technical experience with emphasis in coaching/training and team development.  BS/BA is preferred. 

 

Job Duties to include but not limited to:  Motivate associates, act as liaison between hourly associates and management, achieve key production performance goal, monitor hourly rates and breakage aginst stated goals, ensure the best quality possible for our customers, monitor soncumable supply levels and usage, give performance feedback to associates on an as-needed basis, fill in for wupervision when necessary, problem solve production issues and develop to become capable of promotion to supervision.
