Our client is an industry leading manufacturing company with several plants.? This position has growth potential to?the Foundry Manager in the near future.? This foundry has been rated high in its cleanliness.

Summary:

- This is a 2nd shift position

- Manage production performance in foundry operation and four departments

- Manage cost reductions, manpower needs, scrap reduction, and?material flow

-?Team building, people development, coaching, training and documentation

?

Requirements:

?- Must have understanding of foundry business and strong team building skills

?- Must have good verbal, written and technical skills

?- Must have four year college degree (to be considered for Foundry Manager position)

?- Experience in Union environment and green sand molding preferred
