General Labor Description: Volt Services Group is now taking applications for the 3M location in Decatur, AL for the position of General Laborer Light.
Responsibilities: Perform a variety of general manual labor tasks, including but not limited to, light lifting and moving of materials, loading and unloading vehicles, and other activities in a helping or assisting mode.

This position pays $10.00 /hr when you start, after three months you'll earn$10.50/hr and after six months you'll earn $11.00/hr! Must work a 12-hour rotating shift, which begins at 6:00 a.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m. on days, and begins at 6:00 p.m. and ends at 6:00 a.m. on nights. you will also be eligible for an attendance bonus of ($300) each calendar month, if you work all of your scheduled days, including no tardy occurrences, and no leaving early (with the exception of "Lack of Work", which is not counted against the attendance bonus).
