Description:

Responsible for the set up and operation of injection molding machines for maximum production efficiency and quality. Direct and oversee shift production personnel, troubleshoot and correct any issues regarding part quality. Responsible for minimizing down-time, in addition to maintaining a clean, safe and orderly production area.

Candidate will be responsible for training new molding machine operators and will work closely with operators regarding process improvements.

Must have a demonstrated record of meeting schedule, quality and cost targets.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5+ years experience in supervision and molding. Experience in tooling and lean manufacturing a plus.
