Import/Export Compliance Administrator

This person will be the divisional chief knowledge resource for all International Import and Export Compliance technology, process, procedures and training. This person will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and implementing internal and external controls to existing and future technology/product, allowing the Company to apply for and be granted technology/product licenses in order to conduct business with customers, including military-related customers, and ensure compliance with all import/export regulations.
- Ensuring that the Company adheres to applicable import/export requirements, implementing internal/external technology controls down to the part number level
- Implementing ITAR technology, processes and procedures
- Training and guiding all Company personnel in implementing ITAR processes and procedures
- Developing a part number matrix specifying end use application and which components are sold to military OEMs.
This position will likely evolve to include the coordination of IMDS/ELV requirements that will soon be required the Company customers.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree, Masters preferred
5-10 years experience in International Trade
Extensive experience in: ITAR, Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Export Licensing, Classification Requests, Export Compliance Programs
