Industrial/Process Engineer - Fairfax, SC

 

Job Purpose: Establish and maintain the Quest For Excellence (QFE) program which encompasses ISO 9001, 14001&18001 Work with area leads in the development and maintenance of procedures, forms and records Analyse departmental procedures for pertinence and compliance Ensure documentation is kept up to date Train employees on the QFE System Identify non-compliance to the management system Administer the Employee Involvement Program

 

Job Requirements: Familiarity with at least one of the ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 requirements Experience working within a team environment Solid experience in a training function Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills required High level of computer literacy required A Diploma/Degree would be an asset Self motivation, demonstrated initiative and excellent problem solving skills are a must Perform other duties as assigned
