International Transportation Assistant

Constellation Wines U.S, the largest wine company in the US, is seeking an International Transportation Asst for their headquarters location in Canandaigua, NY. This position will be responsible for import purchase order processing and will work closely with our overseas suppliers in the fulfillment of direct import and warehouse resupply orders.  The position will facilitate the flow of international transporation documents necessary for the movement and Customs clearance of import shipments.  This position will also assist in the collection and input of data related to the CWUS Duty Drawback program.

 

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree plus 2-5 years experience in international transportation

Knowledge of JDEdwards purchase order or sales order processing

Excellent organizational and data entry skills

Developed personal computing skills (Excel, Word, Access)

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.  Experience in dealing with overseas vendors and customers preferred.
