Inventory Control Supervisor

We are recruiting for Inventory Control Supervisors to add to our growing team to:

 Ensure execution of daily operations within the department.Budget execution and adherence.Accountable for production, supervision and discipline of employees. Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards.  Compile production and personnel statistics into spreadsheets or databases.  Verify employee time/payroll information, authorize overtime. Reinforce policy and procedure compliance.Coordinating with other departments within the company.  Solve/respond to production problems.  Train employees on job specific duties.  Show initiative and make suggestions for improving processes.  Communication with customers, vendors and employees.  Supervise projects as requiredAssist manager with planning and budget process.

 

 

Experience / Requirements

 BA Degree preferred ? related field.2-5 Years Industry experience.Supervision ? 1 to 2 years 10 or more employees.High degree of computer literacy. Proficient in MS ExcelCommunication ? High degree of proficiency verbal and written.English fluency.Highly analytical.Knowledgeable and proficient in inventory control and quality assurance practices (cycle counts, ABC analysis, TQM, etc.).Previous experience with a warehouse management system.Ability to effectively Supervise projects
