Large manufacturer of household products located in Northern New Jersey is looking for an experienced professional to take charge and fulfill the Junior Operations Analyst position for our manufacturing and distribution operations.

 

We are searching for an Junior Analyst to serve as an interface between management and the Senior VP of Operations. You will analyze operational data and compile and produce reports to assist executive management in our manufacturing environment. Establish new collective and reporting systems to interface data with IT Department. Experience with quantitative analysis, purchasing, cost accounting, operations in a large manufacturing environment is preferred.

 



Our ideal candidate must be capable of thinking independently and ?out of the box? to solve problems; developing recommended solutions and providing actionable data with little direction to meet required deadlines. You must be a resourceful problem solver who possesses excellent organizational, analytical, communication, spreadsheet, and graphic presentation skills.

 

Four-year Bachelor?s degree in Finance/Accounting or Engineering is required along with at least  two to five years experience in analysis, spreadsheet development and operations.
