Our prominent, global client is seeking several Lean Transformation Sensei?s. We seek currently employed, top 10% performers with distinctive Toyota Production system knowledge lineage who have inaugurated and led breakthrough business transformations on a systemic and cultural level.
This is a high bar opportunity well-matched to business turn-around leaders with deep knowledge of the Toyota Production System who enjoy solving problems on the shop floor and want to broaden their industry experience into such industries as: medical products, pharmaceutical, aerospace, chemical, high-technology, and multiple service related industries. You will diagnose corporate strategy, operations, culture, and financial structure; develop/enhance the current-to-future state operations, systems, and infrastructure strategies, and evaluate/improve product, service line and customer profitability.

REQUIRMENTS
? Currently employed with outstanding performance history.
? Minimum five, and maximum twenty years manufacturing operations leadership experience. P&L experience including sales is highly desired.
? BSIE, ME, or EE is REQUIRED. MBA from top 50 B-School is highly desired.
? MUST have distinctive Toyota Production System knowledge lineage and skills acquired directly by a prominent TPS Sensei.
? Three to five years? management experience driving the Toyota Production System principals, methods, tools on a systemic and cultural level achieving breakthrough results.
? Intrinsic, top-down business problem solving experience in providing strategic guidance to the top management.
? MUST possess advanced quantitative, conceptual and analytical skills. Strong results orientation and drive. High degree of creativity and independent thinking. Strong interpersonal, facilitation and coaching skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including platform presentation skills. High level of energy/enthusiasm. Flexible/adaptable; ability to work with diverse groups of people and in many different situations. Experience communicating with executives and senior leaders.
? MUST be flexible to travel a minimum of three days per week domestically.
