Lead Process Molding Technician - Injection Molding

Job Description:

Our client is seeking talented and experienced Lead Process Molding Technicians interested in working either day or night shift.  The ideal candidate for each of these positions will work with set-up, process, quality control, and customer service on all process issues throughout their shift. 

 

Requirements:
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working in injection molding as a set-up and process technician
Possess strong leadership skills
Capable of guiding operators and leading three molding technicians
Ability to conduct training
Strong written and oral communication skills
Comfortable working around presses of up to 350 tons

 

Rate of Pay:

$15.00 to $18.00 an Hour

 

Hours:

One position is available for each of the following work periods
1st Shift
3rd Shift

 

Type of Employment:

Permanent, Full-Time

 

Location:

Commutable within the region of Wilmington, North Carolina
