Lean/Continuous Improvement Manager
Interested in finding one of those 'hidden gems' in the marketplace? Do you possess extensive Lean skills and the ability to create change in a manufacturing environment?? This highly profitable division of a Fortune 500 company is expanding their Lean and Six Sigma emphasis.??
Current positions include:
?
LEAN/C I MANAGER - SE Indiana (commutable from Shelbyville/Columbus or SE side of Indy)
(2) Lean/Mfg Engineers - SE Indiana (commutable from Shelbyville/Columbus or SE side of Indy)
(2) Six Sigma/Lean Change Agents (Indianapolis area)
?
MUST HAVES:
1. Thorough Lean experience in a manufacturing environment (TBM/Shingijitsu experience is ideal)
2. Value Engineering/Value Stream Mapping
3. Soft Skills including facilitating/leading teams, developing personnel, coaching/training, etc.
4. Line-level experience in supervision/engineering or similar role where you got your hands dirty.
5. Experience as a Change Agent, getting buy-in on new Lean concepts.
6. BS degree - Engineering, Technical or Ops Mgmt, MBA preferred, SSGB or SSBB (Juran preferred)

LOCATION: Indianapolis area
SALARY: Base salary commensurate with experience, plus?bonus potential
MISC: full relocation package, 401K, pension
TRAVEL:? up to 50% maximum,?limited overseas travel. (Six Sigma/Lean Change Agents only)
The manufacturing plants?utilize a variety of processes including metal working, finishing, chemical treatment and assembly. This division is highly profitable and a widely recognized leader in the consumer goods industry.
