Lean Manufacturing Manager

 

TECT Aerospace is looking for a Lean Manufacturing Manager to join our team and lead the transition to cellular manufacturing.

The successful candidate will have experience setting up cellular manufacturing cells using lean

principles in a mix model production environment and 5-7 years of lean experience in manufacturing.

 

Responsibilities for this position include:

 

?  Implement lean manufacturing practices in a high mix, low volume manufacturing environment

?  Develop a strategic Lean Implementation plan for new facility

?  Facilitate the development and mentoring of Six Sigma Green Belts

?  Lead Kaizen events and implement process improvements

?  Conduct Value Mapping to optimize product flow

?  Facilitate Lean training for all employees
