Lean Project Manager - Bilingual English / Spanish
Anthony International, the world leader in commercial glass refrigerator door manufacturing, is looking for a Lean Project Manager to implement Lean Manufacturing Processes in this dynamic, established and growing organization located in the San Fernando Valley. The process of converting the entire company to Lean Manufacturing has been started and now requires a professional to continue the design and implementation.
The emphasis is upon being able to quickly identify opportunities, train the workforce and implement Lean Manufacturing for measurable improvements. The ideal candidate will have a track record of bottom line results and hands on experience with complex manufacturing organizations. This position reports to the Vice President of Lean Manufacturing and will help lead the Company in its transformation to a total Lean Manufacturing environment.
Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree from an accredited 4 year college or university with an emphasis on engineering or business disciplines Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (speak, read & write) Minimum of 2-4 years of hands on experience with Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Must have lead and completed a minimum of 10 Kaizens. 6 Sigma certification not necessary but preferred (Green Belt or Black Belt)Training ? Ability to train all levels of employees in Lean Manufacturing tools and processes Proven ability to understand and achieve measurable, financial results
