Light Production Operator 2nd Shift

Position Description: The Light Production operator supports manufacturing in the Paint Department by safely and efficiently performing assigned tasks, and works to maintain quality standards, production volumes and housekeeping standards in the work area.

Some duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Loading materials from pallets or containers onto moving conveyor.
* Unload parts from moving conveyor and stack in containers.
* Operate machinery/equipment and fixtures necessary for operation being performance as required by operation manual and inspection instructions.
* Ensure containers are properly labeled/identified.

Position Requirements:

Qualifications:

* Able to demonstrate understanding of how job performance affects product quality and customer satisfaction.
* Able to work well with others; build and maintain positive employee relations.
* Able to read and interpret written reports, instructions, procedures and guidelines.
* Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, suppliers and customers.
* Able to work flexible hours and
overtime .
* Able to use computer and software as required.
* Able to learn and use Statistical Process Control (SPC).
* Able to repetitively lift up to 25 pounds.

Applicant must be able to pass a drug screen and nerve test. Background check with be completed and applicant must be free of any charges relating to acts of dishonesty.

2nd Shift Hours are 4pm - Midnight.
